2nd and 3rd Rurouni Kenshin films get a full length trailer

I was a big fan of the first live action Rurouni Kenshin film. It had pacing problems, but on the whole, I felt that it did a strong job of capturing the tone of the manga while adapting the material in a way that worked for film. I'm pretty excited to see how the upcoming two sequels turn out.

That being said, the full trailer for the second and third films, Kyoto Taika-hen and Densetsu no Saigo-hen, hit the net the other day, and it's looking solid. There's no way the Kyoto Arc could possibly have been covered in a single film, but with two full features, there should be plenty of time to cover the important beats. The casting is as strong as ever, and Warner Bros Japan is clearly putting a lot of money behind these projects.

Check out the trailer above and comment below if you're as excited for these movies as I am!
