I'm quite sure there's no way that you haven't seen this year's best movie, Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy yet. However, if for some reason you've been on a 2D diet, drop what you're doing and take in one of the most enjoyable comic book movies in a long time. Now that the film has become a runaway success, it was only a matter of time until the motley team made their way to the anime small screen, via Toei's Marvel Disk Wars: The Avengers.
The two episode arc kicks off tomorrow, and a real quick video preview has been released. You really can't see much in it, but there's definitely some Groot in there, which is all the reason I need to watch anything. The image shows the entire current Guardian's team, with Rocket Raccoon sporting a really big head. I can't say the art looks like anything special, but you never know, it might turn out awesome.
