Watch a sumo wrestler go up against a polar bear in Shinjuku

During the early week of October, there was a video that featured a person walking a polar bear through Shibuya to promote LALSH's Oct. 24 announcement. Now that the promised day has passed in Japan, Eagle Liang uploaded a video of the event to YouTube, which happens to be a fight between the arctic beast and a sumo wrestler. Aside from featuring a battle, the event's true nature was a special Halls Cough Drop campaign, which was confirmed in a video by sandabee.

Even though it was obvious that the bear was a person in a costume, it was fun seeing the person attack its opponent while the tamer fights off the guards who're trying to take it down. Since LALSH intended for the segment to relieve people of their stress, I think it's safe to say that they did a good job in turning this campaign into a silly spectacle,

Now that LALSH's secret has been revealed, it's sad to hear that the big announcement wasn't related to the group opening a cafe where the polar bear works as a barista-- thanks for the priceless prediction, Kougeru. At least Halls' stunt was entertaining, so let's hope that the company partakes in another ridiculous event in the future.
