Lantis is a Japanese music label that focuses on anime music. It has been a long time coming and the label is putting on a series of festivals in Japan this year. Earlier during this summer, news broke that Lantis will also throw a series of oversea festivals in 2015 and the first stop is Las Vegas. Finally, Lantis has finally released the details of the show in January.
The festival will feature arena rock act Jam Project, anison veteran Yoko Ishida, indie vocalist-turned-pro Choucho, gothic metal band Yousei Teikoku, galge rocker bamboo (from Milktub, and yes, it's that bamboo), pop-rock anison singer Faylan, and Vegas returnee Sayaka Sasaki. Tickets go on sale on Friday 11AM Pacific, Nov. 21. The actual event, at the Hard Rock Hotel, is made up of two concerts on Friday January 16 and 17, and there are VIP packages available that also throw in the usual bonuses plus a chance to hi-five the musical acts. Lastly, if you didn't know, the festival will coincide with Otakon Vegas, so something more might get announced regarding the two events in the near future; check out their Facebook page for future updates.
