Fall has started to peel away at the joys of summer, which means the gloom of winter isn't far behind! Fear not! The upbeat sounds of J-Pop are here to ensure we still good, and are able to face the work week with vigor. This week we kick things off with the all ladies band, NEGOTO.
Their newest single, Ammonite! is super poppy number, with a lot of whimsy and retro attitude. The ladies have been going for eight years strong now, and show no signs up letting up. I've had the pleasure of seeing them live before, and they are really a special band. The video captures their whimsical energy quite well, and makes us remember not to take music too seriously!
