At one point or another, every DRAGON BALL fan has fantasized about what it'd be like to live in the universe Toriyama has created. I've always felt like the series' endless hilly landscapes had an oddly serene, almost heavenly, quality to them that belied the unceasing ferocity of the shows' battles. It looked inviting. Grasp hardly ever aligns with reach when it comes to such wishes, though.
Well, “Juanpe” of Jerez de la Frontera has finally closed that particular gap. In these photos (relayed by Kotaku Japan ), you can behold the epic, room-sized DBZ diorama he recently assembled at his home. One can only hope the guy's actually sleeping somewhere in the middle of this Saiyan-power excitement...

Look over the photos and you'll see the greatest moments of the Namek Saga recreated. There's SSJ Goku. There's Frieza. There's plenty of pods. And there's the monstrously-muscular Super Sheng-Long, standing all the way to the ceiling. And never forget - - this is the work of just one fan.
Words escape me before the sight of this grandeur. You can look at the photos. I don't know if there's anything more to add, so I'll just use this opportunity to ask you Vicers if you've seen any works of fandom - - any, at all - - which could be measured on the level of what you see here. Dioramas. Statues. Cosplays. They don't even have to be DBZ-related. Does anything compare?
